The battle lines between Team Katherine and Team Delilah became clearer and clearer. And Gary lost his job while finding out that Maggie applied for a fellowship at Oxford. TV Recap: Prodigal Son (Episode 109) – This Is Normal

Last week on Prodigal Son, Malcolm and The Team dug into the case of the Junkyard Killer and inadvertently interrupted his work. On the family side of things, Malcolm learned that “Paul” knows all about Malcolm’s past, making finding the Junkyard Killer very personal for Malcolm. Ainsley’s ambition cost her a relationship with cameraman Jin and Jessica is at wits end, wandering her mansion with a loaded gun. At the end of the episode, Gil informed Malcolm that the FBI was taking over the Junkyard Killer investigation and Malcolm and The Team had been kicked off of it. Ruh Roh!

TV Recap: EVIL (Episode 108) – Grace Beyond All Measure …

Last week on EVIL, the God Squad battled an exorcism which contained a murderous twist. Also, the Vatican dispatched a team to investigate Grace the Prophet’s prophecies and in doing so, revealed more of the “Poveglia Codex” to our merry band of faithful skeptics. This Codex investigation led to the God Squad deciphering a Hierarchy of Demons (in which Leland seems to figure). Speaking of, Leland took Sebastian the IT Fraudster (from “3 Stars”) under his evil wing and David learned that his father, a painter, may be caught up in Leland’s demon sigil craze. This week on A Million Little Things …

Man, Delilah is the absolute worst. She and Katherine are like the angel and devil on Eddie’s shoulders. But, let’s back up and focus on Rome. I am not going to go through all of the details, because I’d rather focus on some key relationship moves today, before we head into next week’s Fall finale.

As a side note, I really wish this Fall finale thing wasn’t a thing. Remember when there was just a season with a season finale? Once they started down the Fall finale road, it created a need for cliffhangers and big episodes. Can’t we just acknowledge that the show will return after the holidays and not make such a big deal out of it? Okay, rant over. TV Recap: EVIL (Episode 107) – A Hierarchy of Demons …

Last week on EVIL, the God Squad investigated a prophet, Grace Ling, from Flushing, Queens (my hometown!). The Church is worried about Grace because some of her prophecies are identical to prophecies made over 500 years ago and recorded in the super secret, “Poveglia Codex.” Few people know about the Codex and only Popes have ever seen the thing. Grace is taken into custody on an ICE raid before she is able to help the God Squad fill in missing info in the Codex. Meanwhile, Leland is revealed to be Grandma Sheryl’s new boyfriend and Kristen cuts a bitch to get him to leave her house. But, not before he brings the girls red devil diaries. The episode ends with Grandma Sheryl sleeping with Leland and the bed erupting into flames. But, like, metaphorical flames. I think Leland has passed some of his demon seed into Grandma Sheryl! Yikes!

On last week’s Treadstone, Samantha had to explain some hard truths to Doug about his and her past and their role in Treadstone (while giving us some fantastic exposition about how the program works). SoYun was given a new mission from Colonel Shin, one that is sending her to China. And Haynes, while under hypnosis from Dr. Wells, broke free from his incarceration and killed a bunch of people (including Dr. Wells) on his way to see his daughter one more time.

Last week on Prodigal Son, Martin Whitly got to spend some much needed quality time with his children when Claremont Psychiatric Hospital goes into lockdown during Ainsley’s sit down interview with her serial killer dad. Malcolm happened to be there because he needed to ask Papa Whitly some questions about a new serial killer with ties to The Surgeon. When it’s revealed that Martin engineered the entire lockdown, he’s sent to solitary confinement but, c’mon, that’s definitely part of his plan. Right? Since I’m pretty behind on A Million Little Things recaps, I’m going to give you a two-fer, as these two episodes played well together. We have a two-part saga involving Gary and Colin. We have a resolution in the Maggie-Eric drama, and Gary and Maggie seem to arrive at a new place in their relationship. Also, Rome comes clean to Gina about PJ’s potential paternity and Katherine bonds with Charlie. TV Recap: Treadstone (Episode 104) – Who Are You?

On last week’s Treadstone, Bentley made a deal with Kohler to bring Petra into the CIA for questioning. In the present, SoYun was blackmailed into helping bring down Dae’s boss, Colonel Shin. Also, we met a new Cicada, Nira Patel, who seems very okay with killing. And last, when Doug failed to kill his assigned target, a shadowy figure dropped by his house and explained Doug needed some reprogramming. After a struggle, Samantha shot the man dead and maybe seems to know something of Doug’s true self (maybe more than Doug knows, anyway).
