In last week’s episode of NOS4A2, Vic fled her parents who were fighting (again). Crossing the Shorter Way, she found herself in Here, Iowa where she met Maggie Lee, Scrabble tile reading Medium extraordinaire! Maggie explains the basics of Vic’s power and gives her a general overview of the enemy Vic has been chosen to face, “The Wraith.” However, Vic isn’t ready to be chosen for anything yet and heads home. Speaking of Charlie Manx, our immortal villain recruits Bing Partridge and gives him the highlight, elevator pitch of what Charlie is trying to accomplish. Last week on NOS4A2, we met Victoria “Vic”McQueen, a talented young woman from a troubled family. Adding to her troublesome parents and outsider school status, Vic learns she has a special power, she’s able to find lost things via a bridge that appears to her in her time of need. On the other side of the coin, we also met Charlie Manx, an immortal, vampire type man, who kidnaps children and somehow saps their life force to keep himself preternaturally young. Today, The CW announced its premiere dates for all of its 2019-20 Fall line up. Previously, The CW announced the Fall lineup during its 2019-20 upfronts so this article acts as an update to that (which you can find here). Joining the ranks of The CW’s returning shows in the Fall are two Freshmen series, Batwoman, which joins the Arrow-verse, and the teen detective series, Nancy Drew.
