What To Watch Tonight? Tonight is the biggest night in Hollywood with The 91st Oscars taking the stage. All of network TV is in repeats as we fete Hollywood. A while ago, we made some picks on this year’s awards here.  On cable, we have new The Walking Dead and the season finale of True Detective. What are you watching?

8pm Hour:

1st Choice:  The 91st Oscars.  “The 91st Oscars will be held on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019, at the Dolby® Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center® in Hollywood, and will be televised live on The ABC Television Network. “The Oscars” also will be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.” ABC

2nd Choice:   Lost Beasts of the Ice Age. “Discoveries in a Siberian cave could bring woolly mammoths and other Ice Age beasts back to life; and using the latest tech, experts race to unearth precious DNA from their mummified remains in a cutting-edge cloning experiment.” Science

3rd Choice:  Air Disasters. “After a commercial airliner goes down, examiners conduct an investigation in a war zone.” Smithsonian

9pm Hour:

1st Choice:   The 91st Oscars. Continues on ABC.

2nd Choice:  The Walking Dead. “Alpha’s savage group confronts the Hilltop in a harrowing attempt to retrieve her daughter. A supply run for the Kingdom turns into a dangerous quest.” AMC

3rd Choice:  True Detective. “In the Season 3 finale, Wayne struggles to hold on to his memories, and his grip on reality, as the truth behind the Purcell case is finally revealed.” HBO

10pm Hour:

1st Choice:  The 91st Oscars. Continues on ABC.
