What To Watch – Friday, February 23, 2018

Only 2 more days of these Winter Olympic Games and then we can get our TV back. And not a moment too soon.  Also on Sunday, the return of The Walking Dead which we’re very excited about BUT before we can get to any of that? We need to figure out What To Watch, tonight … which, there isn’t much. We’re going with Hunt for Red October and ELeague but mostly the Olympics I guess. Thought I feel it sucking the life force out my body.

8pm Hour:

2nd Choice:  The Hunt for Red October.  The 1990 classic still stands as the ultimate showcase of the political climate of the 1980s Cold War “Tom Clancy’s thriller about a Soviet commander heading for the U.S. coast in a missile-laden supersub, hoping to defect. But the CIA, aware that the vessel was about to embark on an evasive mission to demonstrate its ability to avoid detection, believes that the commander is insane, and that he plans to start World War III.” IFC

3rd Choice:  Nothing. There is really nothing on tonight … not even something shitty I’d want to put here.

9pm Hour:

1st Choice:  The Winter Olympics. Continues on NBC.

2nd Choice:  The Hunt for Red October. Continues on IFC.

3rd Choice:  Bride Killa.  Angelika and Vincent are the perfect couple. Both are outgoing and adventurous and they plan to celebrate their wedding on two continents with family and friends. But when a freak storm washes one of them away sinister secrets are revealed.” ID

10pm Hour:

1st Choice:  The Winter Olympics. Continues on NBC.

2nd Choice:  ELeague.   “Emotions run high and everything is on the line as the top eight teams are decided, winning Legend status and guaranteeing a berth at the next Major.” TBS

3rd Choice: The Hunt for Red October. Continues on IFC.
