What To Watch Tonight – Thursday, November 8, 2018

What To Watch Tonight?  Thursday are pretty bad nights for us for great TV watching – the things that are not are mostly not our cup of tea. But, tonight, HBO is airing an important documentary you should all watch, We Are Not Done Yet, about our veterans trying to heal once they’ve come home.  Also on, Supernatural, Legacies and of course, Thursday Night Football!

1st Choice: We Are Not Done Yet. “Directed by Sareen Hairabedian and produced by Jeffrey Wright (Emmy winner for HBO’s Angels in America, two-time Emmy nominee for HBO’s Westworld) and David Holbrooke (HBO’s The Diplomat), We Are Not Done Yet profiles a group of veterans and active-duty service members as they come together to combat past and current traumas through the written word, sharing their experiences in a United Service Organizations writing workshop.” HBO

2nd Choice:  Supernatural. “A hunt gone wrong leaves Maggie’s whereabouts unknown. Sam, Dean, Mary and Bobby race to find her, but what they find are their own worst nightmares.” The CW

3rd Choice:   Thursday Night Football.  “Carolina Panthers (6-2) at Pittsburgh Steelers (5-2-1). From Heinz Field.”  Fox

1st Choice:  Legacies. “Hope, Lizzie, Josie and MG are forced to participate in a community service project in the Mystic Falls town square as punishment for breaking the rules. Meanwhile, Landon and Rafael’s attempt at a carefree life on the road takes a dangerous turn when they become unsuspecting targets. Finally, Alaric realizes that keeping secrets from his students may be causing more harm than good.” The CW

3rd Choice:   48 Hours on ID.  “When Marsha Brantley suddenly vanished in 2009, her husband, Donnie, eventually became a suspect in her murder. The story has an ending that nobody, including prosecutors, saw coming. Peter Van Sant reports.” ID

2nd Choice:  S.W.A.T.  “The team hunt for a band of criminals reenacting the crimes of the infamous Symbionese Liberation Army, leading Luca to review the files of his late grandfather. Also, Hondo experiences discrimination from a fellow officer during a training seminar.” CBS
