What To Watch Tonight? The season finale of Better Call Saul is our Top Pick to Watch (check out our recap of last week here)! But we’re also going to be watching (and live tweeting) Manifest (check out our recap of last week’s episode Pilot episode here), The Good Doctor and Lodge 49 (Season Finale of this weird little show too) (and Bull too — too much at 10pm on Mondays just like last year). Also on tonight, worth noting, is The Voice and Monday Night Football! I love the start of the Fall TV season.
1st Choice: The Voice. “The blind auditions continue.” NBC
2nd Choice: Monday Night Football. “Washington Redskins (2-1) at New Orleans Saints (3-1). From Mercedes-Benz Superdome. ” ESPN
3rd Choice: The Resident. “Nic and Conrad contemplate their past when they team up to diagnose a happy husband and wife who are both admitted to the hospital with mysterious symptoms. Bell and Marshall butt heads on a work trip when their cut-throat business tactics don’t align. Meanwhile, AJ turns down a request from Bell despite Mina’s forewarning, Devon continues to gravitate to medical device rep Julian and the staff gears up for Conrad’s three-year anniversary at Chastain.” Fox
1st Choice: Better Call Saul. Note: This episode is supersized 25 minutes. Season Finale. “Jimmy turns the page on his reputation. Lalo tracks a loose end in Gus’ operation. Mike is forced to make a difficult decision.” AMC
2nd Choice: The Voice. Continues on NBC
3rd Choice: Monday Night Football. Continues on ESPN.
1st Choice: Manifest. “Ben and Michaela investigate a shocking murder in fear that it’s connected to Flight 828. Meanwhile, Ben struggles to accept the life Grace led in his absence, while Olive and Cal realize that being twins after five and a half years apart is harder than they thought.” NBC
2nd Choice: The Good Doctor. “Dr. Melendez, Dr. Brown and Dr. Park have given a young married couple two choices about their future: save the wife’s life or their future ability to start a family. Meanwhile, when Dr. Lim has to take care of some personal business, she leaves oversight of the emergency room to Dr. Murphy and Dr. Reznick; and Dr. Glassman’s post-op recovery leaves him struggling to get the rest he needs for recovery and also confronting his relationship with his daughter.” ABC
3rd Choice: Lodge 49. Note: Due to the Better Call Saul supersize, this doesn’t begin until 10:23p and is itself supersized. Season Finale. “The Lodge’s fate hangs in limbo. Dud resigns himself to a new path. Liz reaches her breaking point.” AMC
