8pm Hour

1st Choice: All American. “Spencer (Daniel Ezra) gives his Dad (guest star Chad Coleman) an ultimatum about his new player, but after talking to Jordan (Michael Evans Behling), Spencer has a better understanding of what is really bothering him. After Coop (Bre-Z) shows off her rapping skills at school, she becomes more confident in her ability and decides to enter a freestyle battle. Olivia (Samantha Logan) reluctantly joins the So Cal Muse group with Laura’s (Monet Mazur) encouragement, but Olivia learns that this might help create her own identity. Meanwhile, Layla (Greta Onieogou) is still not acting like herself and Spencer grows concerned after what he sees.” The CW

2nd Choice: The Voice.  “The Battle Rounds continue as the coaches enlist Normani (Team Kelly), Darius Rucker (Team Blake), Usher (Team Legend) and will.i.am (Team Gwen) to prepare their artists to go head-to-head in the hopes of advancing to the Knockout Rounds.” NBC

3rd Choice: 9-1-1. “The 118 races to help protesters at a slaughter house, and a wife who finds herself trapped in a “rage room” with her husband’s mistress. Meanwhile, Athena takes action after Michael, May, and Harry experience a traumatic traffic stop. Also, the team feels betrayed by Buck when his suit against the city goes to arbitration and Eddie turns to Lena in his struggles with his anger issues.” Fox

1st Choice:  Prodigal Son.  “Malcolm searches the depths of his mind to unravel the mystery of “the girl in the box,” but with his night terrors and lack of sleep increasing, his real life becomes more and more of a blur. When the NYPD investigates a homicide they assume is linked to a drug cartel, Malcolm discovers a secret about Dani’s past that draws them closer together.” Fox

2nd Choice: Black Lightning.  “When Lynn (Christine Adams) learns that Jefferson (Cress Williams) brokered a deal with Agent Odell (guest star Bill Duke) without consulting her first, it begins to put a strain on their relationship. Meanwhile, Anissa (Nafessa Williams) and Grace (guest star Chantal Thuy) have an emotional encounter.” The CW

1st Choice:  Catherine the Great. Series Premiere. “Russian Empress Catherine the Great (Helen Mirren) faces challenges to her throne on all sides, as she meets the forthright and bold Lieutenant Grigory Potemkin (Jason Clarke).” HBO

2nd Choice: Bluff City Law. “Sydney and Elijah help a 12-year-old girl find justice for the failed levee system that flooded her town. Della and Anthony fight for an old blues musician’s song rights.” NBC

3rd Choice:  The Good Doctor. “Dr. Shaun Murphy has been assigned his first surgery by Dr. Audrey Lim. However, Dr. Marcus Andrews questions whether he is really ready. Meanwhile as Dr. Claire Brown continues to avoid her complicated emotions about her mother, she and Dr. Morgan Reznick have a patient whose diagnosis has them doubting his story.” ABC
