What To Watch Tonight? Well, our Friday Favorite, MacGyver, is back tonight so that’s great news! Our Top Pick Tonight, though, is the series premiere of Proven Innocent, a new legal procedural on Fox. Starring Rachelle Lefevre, Russell Hornsby, Vincent Kartheiser and Kelsey Grammer, the show seems like a gritty and interesting entry to compete on Friday nights. Also on, new The Blacklist, Blindspot and Hawaii Five-O.  What are you watching?

8pm Hour:

1st Choice:  MacGyver. “MacGyver and team, and Phoenix’s newest recruit, escort and protect an ATF gun-sniffing dog who has a bounty on his head, only to discover they’re not the only ones crashing the weapon drop.” CBS

2nd Choice:  Blindspot. “The FBI races to stop Madeline’s explosive scheme.” NBC

3rd Choice:  Dateline: Secrets Uncovered. “A woman’s body is discovered at a trash facility, and a detective makes a promise to her mother to get justice. However, she doesn’t know she will come face to face with a serial killer.” Oxygen

9pm Hour:

1st Choice:  Proven Innocent. “The series premiere of the legal drama, which focuses on an underdog criminal defense firm led by Madeline Scott, who—alongside her brother—was wrongfully convicted of murder at age 18.” Fox

2nd Choice:  The Blacklist.  “Red and Dembe enlist Glenn’s help in stacking the jury to Red’s advantage for his upcoming trial, and the Task Force investigates a series of mysterious deaths resulting from weaponized insects.” NBC

3rd Choice:  Hawaii Five-O.  “As a dangerous hurricane hits Oahu, Five-0 is tasked with protecting El Diablo, a captured serial killer who is being hunted by an assassin. Also, Tani’s civilian safety check during the storm turns deadly and Rachel and Charlie evacuate to Danny’s house, where the ex-spouses reminisce.” CBS
