What To Watch – Tuesday, November 14, 2017

The CW Arrow-Verse dominates our Tuesdays and tonight, we’re particularly excited for the Council of Wells on The Flash, so many Harrison Wells in 1 room.  Its dizzying.  At 9pm, we’re checking out DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and at 10pm, we’re sticking around Damnation … for now, but also interested in Discovery’s new show, Bushcraft Build-Off – I always enjoy watching handy people build things I could never do.

8pm Hour:

1st. Choice: The Flash.   Its the Host of Harrys episode!! “Barry turns to a surprising ally for help when collectors of Native American artifacts are attacked by a meta who can bring inanimate objects to life. Harry enlists Cisco’s help to summon the ultimate think tank, the “Council of Wells,” to crack the identity of the Thinker.”  The CW.

2nd Choice:  NCIS.  I’m worried about my favorite procedural of all time … “An NCIS person of interest in a bribery and fraud case is found murdered after a runner is led to his body by a strange voice. Also, McGee and Delilah disagree on whether to find out the baby’s sex or keep it a surprise.” The sex of the baby should not be a plotline on NCIS. Ever.   CBS

3rd Choice:  The Voice. Playoffs, Night 2 tonight and the chance to make it to the live shows! NBC

1st Choice: DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.   “When the Legends track down an anachronism in 1930s Hollywood, they discover it’s none other than a time-displaced Helen of Troy and she’s just started a war between two film studios. As the Legends try to fix history and return Helen (guest star Bar Paly) to the Bronze Age, things get complicated when they are blindsided by the appearance of a former enemy. Sara (Caity Lotz) contemplates an offer she is made, which would make the Legends leave the anachronisms be. Meanwhile, Stein (Victor Garber) and Jax (Franz Drameh) find themselves in an unusual predicament.”  The CW

2nd Choice: Grave Secrets. In an episode titled, “Beneath the Stairs,” you think Harry Potter, right? Or is that just me? Ok, well this is so much worse … “Curiosity overcomes new homeowners when they spot a barrel in a crawlspace. When they open it, they are horrified to find a body. Then, forensic experts recover a cryptic note: “I told the truth.”” ID

3rd Choice: Moonshiners. This show is always a hoot to watch when there is nothing else going on.  Discovery

1st Choice: Damnation. “As Seth and the farmers ward off the treacherous Black Legion vigilante group, Creeley works to learn more about his brother’s new life and the woman he shares it with.” USA

2nd Choice: Bushcraft Build-Off.  In this new show from Discovery, “Master bushcrafters compete in build-offs themed to a specific environment over a week-long period in this reality competition. ” In the series premiere, “Matt Graham raises the bar when he challenges top bushcrafters to create a shelter at least five feet above uneven terrain that will protect them from muddy ground, dangerous heat, and fierce predators, using only one hand tool and natural resources.” Discovery

3rd Choice:  Strange Evidence.   This weird little show remains a favorite on a slow late night Tuesday. “A camera captures footage of a Chupcabra-like beast. At an observatory on Hawaii’s Mauna Kea, cameras record a mysterious explosion that looks like a nuclear bomb detonated in space. Video of spontaneous combustion is taken at a haunted bar.” SCI
