What To Watch – Tuesday, February 6, 2018

Its The CW Tuesdays so we are loving us some The Flash and Black Lightning (hoping I get my deep dive recap up in time for tonight’s episode …). But elsewhere, we are excited to see Tobias Fornell return to NCIS and we are adding two new recommendations, This Is Us (on a probationary status) and Bellevue (look up where WGN America is located in your cable subscription).  And, as always, Drunk History is a Top Pick for the night!

1st Choice:   The Flash. “After hearing that Amunet has struck a deal to buy all of the metahumans in Iron Heights, Barry must decide if he should expose his powers in order to save his cellmates. After a visit from an old friend, Ralph is reminded of his shady past and wonders if he’s really a changed man.”  The CW

2nd  Choice:   NCIS. Anytime long timefan favorite, (former) Agent Fornell, drops by, NCIS is a muct watch episode! “After the body of a missing Navy commander is found, Vance orders Gibbs and the team to work with former FBI Agent Tobias “T.C.” Fornell, the private investigator who was hired to locate him. Also, Bishop and Torres interview convicted investment advisor Albert Hathaway when the victim is linked to his highly publicized trial.” CBS

3rd Choice:  The Fosters.  “An ICE agent surprisingly reaches out to Callie with some intel. Jude tries to assuage Noah’s fears about his budding relationship with fellow gamer Declan.”  Freeform

9pm Hour:

1st Choice:    Black Lightning.    “Black Lightning is recruited to rally against The 100 gang. Anissa investigates the new drug hitting the streets. Meanwhile, familiar faces begin to reappear.”  The CW

2nd Choice:    This Is Us. Okay, we do not watch This Is Us at PCR BUT we did catch the post-Super Bowl episode and it was pretty great. In that spirit, we are adding it to our What To Watch as a test bubble to see if this mega hit can catch our fancy …”The history of the Pearsons as told through the life of the family car.” NBC

3rd Choice: Lost Treasures of the Maya Snake King.  “The story of a new treasure map that reveals the hidden world of the Maya.” Nat Geo

1st Choice:   Drunk History.  Game Changers!  “Questlove, Method Man, Raven-Symone and more celebrate the early history of hip-hop. Also: the man known for inventing Motown, Berry Gordy; and “Star Trek” actress Nichelle Nichols’s activism on and off the TV screen.” Comedy Central

2nd Choice:  Bellevue.  On the recommendation of an overwhelming appeal from the Twitter-verse, I am adding Bellevue to the What To Watch list.  I’m still catching up on the past few episodes but let’s jump into this together.  “A new riddle points Annie to a popular community member as she and Peter agree to keep her relationship going.” WGN America

3rd Choice:   Undercover High. “The undercover adults become closer to students battling major life struggles. A new undercover student named Gloria replaces Kourtnei.” A&E
